For over 25 years, I’ve helped companies in a variety of industries create shareholder value through strategic investor relations activities and protect that value through strong enterprise risk management , risk management and global treasury management.

The first step I take is to identify a company's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Based upon this research, gameplans are established for both addressing investor perception gaps and reporting on and mitigating Tier 1 risks.

Most recently, as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for KAR Global, I built out the company's enterprise risk management program, including governance, management and board reporting and driving ERM into the company's culture.

Over my career, I've been involved in over $5 billion in capital raises (both debt and equity), have improved stagnant investor relations programs and have led the development of post-IPO investor relations programs. In addition to extensive experience with investor relations and ERM, I also bring years of experience in global treasury management, risk management, business planning and financial modeling.

While I have experience in the utility, retail and automotive manufacturing sectors, the sweet spot of my experience is in the automotive remarketing and salvage industries.
